The certified cycle for laying Manti Ceramic products requires the use of complementary products that will become mandatory in 2023 as they are perfectly compatible with the nanotechnological insulator. In addition to using the Manti Ceramic Primer Fix as a fixative primer laid before the nanotechnological insulator, the other products required are:
Gripper Finer
Part of the Manti Ceramic Certified Cycle, the product is a Fixative to be applied over the last coat of Manti Ceramic (after not less than 3 days) before the application of Silox Plaster
Silox Plaster
Finishing plaster to be applied over Manti High Density. May be coloured, supplying the NCS or RAL colour code, or painted after application. Application should be preceded by the application of Gripper Finer fixative.
Cal Plaster
CAL PLASTER is a thick coating that offers excellent resistance to aggressive agents. It is very breathable, and guarantees a stable colour over time due to its UV resistance and very low retention of smog and dust. The product is a mineral coating made of seasoned slaked lime, powders, marble grit in a suitable grain size, inorganic pigments, fungicide and bactericidal additives, silane-based hydrophobic agents. The product is part of the certified Manti Ceramic insulation cycle. It can be requested in medium or fine grain.
Aquaproof
Elastomeric waterproofing agent to be applied over the Manti in case of applications of nanotechnology insulation on horizontal surfaces (terraces, balconies, etc.), under the flooring, and before the new installation of the final flooring.
It is a product for the rehabilitation of masonry subject to rising damp. To be applied as per data sheet before laying Manti Ceramic.
