CONSTRUCTION BONUSES 2024

After the end of the Super Bonus 110, the following Building Bonuses are available this year:

FOR SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES

EcoBonus of 65% in 10 years to thermally insulate the vertical walls and/or the roof, reaching the expected energy efficiency parameters. Maximum deduction of 60 thousand euros. This Bonus can be requested using the Manti Ceramic High Density thermal insulation (application with a spatula for interiors or exteriors)

50% bonus over 10 years for various renovations. Maximum deduction of 48 thousand euros. This Bonus can be requested using Manti Ceramic Medium Density (indoor or outdoor roller application).

FOR CONDOMINIUMS

EcoBonus of 65% or 70% or 75% in 10 years to thermally insulate the vertical walls and/or the roof, reaching the expected energy efficiency parameters. Maximum deduction per housing unit of 60 thousand, 28 thousand or 30 thousand euros. This Bonus can be requested using the Manti Ceramic High Density thermal insulation (application with a spatula for interiors or exteriors)

50% bonus over 10 years for various renovations. Maximum deduction of 48 thousand euros per housing unit. This Bonus can be requested using Manti Ceramic Medium Density (indoor or outdoor roller application).
